Abstract

O trabalho tem como objetivo a verificação da evolução histórica, conceitos, e requisitos necessários acerca do instituto da extradição, buscando entender a aplicação de seus princípios durante o procedimento a ser realizado até a efetiva extradição. O estudo abrangerá alguns julgados com a finalidade de se visualizar a aplicação da legislação no caso concreto. Também analisará este instituto de direito internacional, bem como todo o procedimento judicial e administrativo a ser percorrido até a efetiva entrega do extraditando. Analisará, ainda, casos relevantes no judiciário brasileiro, ou seja com grande repercussão na mídia.

The study aims to verify the historical development, concepts and requirements about the institute extradition, seeking to understand the application of its principles during the procedure to be performed until the effective extradition. The study will cover some tried for the purpose of visualizing the application of legislation in this case. Also consider this institute international law, as well as all judicial and administrative procedure to be followed until the effective delivery extradited. Examine further relevant cases in Brazilian courts, ie with great media attention.
