Série histórica de indicadores em Saúde Bucal no Município de Sapiranga-RS, 2008-2013

Abstract

Desde a implantação do Sistema Único de Saúde no Brasil, constantes são as tentativas de mecanismos que levem à otimização da gestão dos serviços públicos de saúde. Com vistas ao fortalecimento do planejamento do SUS e à implementação do COAP, pactuaram-se premissas que nortearam a seleção das Diretrizes, Objetivos, Metas e Indicadores para o período 2013 – 2015. Objetivou-se descrever a evolução temporal dos indicadores de saúde bucal, consolidados no Caderno de Diretrizes, Objetivos, Metas e Indicadores de 2013 – 2015 do Ministério da Saúde, considerando-se a cidade de Sapiranga-RS, entre os anos de 2008 a 2013. As variáveis coletadas foram: cobertura populacional estimada pelas equipes básicas de saúde bucal, média da ação coletiva de escovação dental supervisionada e proporção de exodontias em relação ao total de procedimentos. Para o indicador cobertura estimada de equipes de saúde bucal, Sapiranga ultrapassou os resultados de sua região de saúde, a média do RS em todos os anos estudados e equiparou o índice em 2012 com o valor para o BR. Houve evolução também no que diz respeito ao indicador de média de escovação dental, superando os resultados da média nacional e estadual nos anos de 2009, 2010, 2011 e 2012. Em relação ao indicador referente à porcentagem de exodontias, teve uma queda regular ao longo dos anos, mas os índices são elevados. Constatou-se progresso na saúde bucal da cidade Sapiranga-RS. Os índices de cobertura estimada de equipes de saúde bucal e de média de escovação elevaram-se no período de 2008-2013, e a proporção de exodontias reduziu nesta época, indicando avanços no setor de odontologia.

For coverage estimated by the basic teams of oral health, Sapiranga surpassed the results of your health region, the average RS in all years studied and equated the index in 2012 with value for BR. Evolution also shows the average indicator for toothbrushing, surpassing the results for the average BR and RS in 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012. For indicator percentage of tooth extractions had a steady decline over the years, but the rates are high. It found improvement in the oral health status of Sapiranga city. The estimated coverage rates of oral health teams and toothbrushing average increased in the period 2008-2013 and the proportion of tooth extractions reduced at this time, indicating progress in dental sector.
