Desempenho da tangerineira 'Okitsu' sobre doze porta-enxertos no sudoeste do rio grande do sul

Abstract

A pequena diversificação de porta-enxertos e a falta de mudas certificadas no Rio Grande do Sul, aliadas à expressiva dispersão de doenças, põem em risco a atual citricultura do Estado. O objetivo deste trabalho foi avaliar a cultivar copa 'Okitsu' sobre diferentes porta-enxertos em relação ao seu efeito sobre o vigor de copa, qualidade de frutos e produtividade. O experimento foi realizado em pomar comercial de tangerineira ‘Okitsu’, implantado em 2009, localizado em Cacequí (RS). Este estava enxertado sobre 12 porta-enxertos (‘Sunki Tropical’; LVK x LC 038; LVK x LVA 009; TSKC x CTSW 019; TSKC x CTQT 1439; LRF x TR x LC; HTR 116; TSKFL x CTARG 036; Limoeiro 'Cravo Santa Cruz'; TSKC x TRENG 264; Poncirus trifoliata; e TSKC x TR x LC 001). O delineamento experimental foi interiamente casualizado com cinco repetições para avaliações vegetativas; e quatro frutos em cada uma das três repetições para avaliações da qualidade do fruto. Analisou-se o diâmetro do tronco das plantas abaixo e acima do ponto de enxertia, a razão entre esses aspectos e o volume de copa; a produtividade; a porcentagem de suco, o teor de sólidos solúveis totais (SST), a acidez total titulável (ATT), a relação entre SST e ATT (ratio) e o índice de cor do suco (ICS) e da casca (ICC) dos frutos em cinco épocas de colheita: 58, 84, 104 e 128 dias do ano em 2014 e no dia 10 de março de 2015. O porta-enxerto LVK x LVA 009 induziu o maior desenvolvimento da copa, enquanto que o Limoeiro 'Cravo Santa Cruz', o HTR 116, o TSKC x TRENG 264, o Trifoliata e o TSKC x TR x LC 001, induziram à um menor vigor. Os porta-enxertos LRF x TR x LC, HTR 116, TSKC x CTSW 019 e TSKC x TRENG 264 permitiram uma antecipação da colheita da 'Okitsu' em relação aos demais. Os porta-enxertos 'Sunki Tropical', LVK x LVA 009 e LRF x TR x LC induziram maior produtividade em relação ao Trifoliata.

The little diversification of rootstocks and the lack of certified seedlings in Rio Grande do Sul, together with the significant spread of diseases, endanger the current citrus industry of the state. The aim of this study was to evaluate the scion 'Okitsu' on different rootstocks in relation to its effect on the canopy vigor, fruit quality and productivity. The experiment was conducted in a commercial orchard of 'Okitsu' mandarin tree, introduced in 2009, located in Cacequí (RS). This was grafted on 12 rootstocks ('Sunki Tropical', LVK x LC 038, LVK x LVA 009, TSKC x CTSW 019, TSKC x CTQT 1439, LRF x TR x LC, HTR 116, TSKFL x CTARG 036, Limoeiro 'Cravo Santa Cruz', TSKC x TRENG 264, Poncirus trifoliata and TSKC x TR x LC 001). The experimental delineation was completely randomized with five repetitions for vegetative ratings and four fruit in each one of the three repetitions for fruit quality ratings. It was analyzed the diameter of the trunk of the plants above and below the grafting point, the ratio of these aspects and the scion volume, the productivity, the percentage of juice, total soluble solids (SST), total titratable acidity (ATT), the relation between SST and ATT (ratio) and the juice color index (ICS) and bark (ICC) of fruit in five harvest times: 58, 84, 104 and 128 days of the year in 2014 and on March 10, 2015. The LVK x LVA 009 rootstock induced the further development of the canopy, while Limoeiro 'Cravo Santa Cruz', HTR 116, TSKC x TRENG 264, Trifoliata and TSKC x TR x LC 001 induced a smaller vigor. It was not possible to observe incompatibility between the graft and the rootstock through their relation of the trunk diameter. Rootstocks LRF x TR x LC, HTR 116, TSKC x CTSW 019 and TSKC x TRENG 264 allowed an anticipation of 'Okitsu' in relation to others. The 'Sunki Tropical', LVK x LVA 009 and LRF x TR x LC rootstocks induced higher productivity than Trifoliata.
