Contabilidade de custos no agronegócio : um estudo bibliométrico dos artigos publicados no periódico custos e @gronegócio on line

Abstract

O presente trabalho tem como objetivo identificar o perfil das pesquisas sobre o tema contabilidade de custos no agronegócio nos artigos publicados no periódico Custos e @gronegócio on line, no período de 2011 a 2014. Este estudo classifica-se em: descritivo, quantitativo, com estudo bibliométrico por meio de pesquisa documental, tendo como população 172 artigos e como amostra 63 artigos relacionados ao tema contabilidade de custos no agronegócio. Assim, como resultado quanto à autoria dos artigos, evidenciou-se que a presença de quatro autores é mais frequente, também que os mais profícuos considerando todos foram Nuintin, Bornia, Reis e Tavares e, considerando apenas os primeiros autores os que mais publicaram foram Nuintin, Carmo e Wissmann. Quanto ao perfil desses autores ressalta-se as áreas de formação “Ciências Contábeis / Ciências Contábeis e Atuariais / Contabilidade / Contabilidade e Finanças”, a titulação de mestres (incluindo doutorandos) e que a maioria está vinculada a instituições públicas, sobressaindo-se a Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (UFSC) e a Universidade Federal de Uberlândia (UFU), assim como as Universidades da região Sul. O tema e o foco em maior evidência foram “Custos de Produção” e “Produção de Leite/Laticínios”. Por fim, constatou-se que, quanto aos métodos de pesquisa utilizados, o descritivo, quantitativo, estudo de caso, documentos e análise estatística destacaram-se. No tocante às referências, as mais antigas e nacionais foram muito pesquisadas pelos autores.

The present research aims to identify the profile of the research on the cost accounting in agribusiness theme in articles published in the periodical Custos e @gronegócio on line between 2011 and 2014. This study is classified as: descriptive, quantitative, with bibliometric study using documentary research, having as population 172 articles and as sample 63 articles related to the topic of accounting costs in agribusiness. Therefore, as a result regarding the authorship of articles it was noticed that the presence of four authors is more frequent, also the most profitable among all were Nuintin, Bornia, Reis and Tavares and considering only the first authors, Nuintin, Carmo e Wissmann were the ones that published more. Regarding the profile of these authors it is emphasized that the training areas "Accounting / Accounting and Actuarial / Accounting / Accounting and Finance", master’s degree (including phd students) and that most of them are linked to public institutions, principally the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC), the Federal University of Uberlândia (UFU) and the Universities in south-Brazil. The theme and the focus on more evidence were "Production costs" and "Milk production / Dairy". Finally, it was found that, regarding the research methods used, the descriptive, quantitative, case studies, documents and statistical analysis stood out. Regarding the references, the oldest and the national ones were the most used by the authors.
