O que diz a literatura sobre o conhecimento das mulheres sobre a via de parto : em busca de argumentos para orientação das mulheres

Abstract

Buscou-se neste estudo conhecer o que diz a literatura sobre o que as mulheres conhecem sobre parto e cesariana, em busca de argumentos para orientação de gestantes. Trata-se de uma Revisão Integrativa cuja amostra foi composta por sete artigos científicos pesquisados nas bases de dados BDENF, LILACS e na biblioteca eletrônica SciELO, no período de 2011 a 2015, no idioma português. Identificou-se os seguintes conhecimentos das mulheres sobre parto e cesariana: o parto é a maneira natural e saudável de nascimento, a mulher é mais ativa e participante, o contato com o bebê é mais intimo e acontece de forma imediata ao nascimento as contrações e dor estão presentes, podem ser intensas ou amenas dependendo de cada mulher; a recuperação no pós-parto é mais rápida e não interfere no cuidado com o bebê; a cesariana é um procedimento cirúrgico realizado por uma necessidade especifica da mãe ou do bebê, reduz ou elimine a dor das contrações, a mulher recupera-se de forma mais prolongada e com limitações, é um procedimento seguro para o bebê e prático para a mulher. Os resultados encontrados responderam a questão norteadora dessa Revisão Integrativa, entretanto, identificou-se a falta de aprofundamento nas descrições dos conhecimentos das mulheres sobre vias de nascimento. Propõe-se como medida de intervenção a orientação (palestra mensal) de gestantes que são referenciadas para o Hospital Fêmina pelas unidades de saúde e/ou que apresentem interesse no Hospital Fêmina como local para atenção ao parto. Tal ação pretende através da informação sobre vias de nascimento assegurar a autonomia e protagonismo da mulher na cena de parto.

It was aimed in this study to search in the literature what is presented about what the women know about delivery and cesarean section, to find the arguments for the orientations of pregnant women. It is an integrating research of literature with a sample composed by 7 cientific articles searched in the data bases BDENF, LILACS and in the eletronic library SciELO, in the period of 2011 until 2015, in portuguese. It was found the following knowledge: the delivery is a natural and healthy way of birth, the woman is the most active and participant, the contact with the baby is more intimate and happen in a immediate way in the birth, the contractions and pain are presents, they can be intense or balmy depending of each woman; the recuperation in the post-childbirth is faster and does not interferein the care with the baby; the cesarian section is a cirurgic procedure performed by one specific necessity of the mother or baby; decreases or eliminates the contractions pain, the woman recovers in a prolonged way and with limitations, it is one safe procedure to the baby and practical to the mother. The found results answered to the guiding question of this integrating research, however, it was identified the lack of depth in the descriptions of women´s knowledge about ways of birth. It is proposed as na intervention measure the orientation (mensal lectures) of pregnant women Who are referenced to the Hospital Fêmina by the health units and/or who presents interest in the Hospital Fêmina as a place to the delivery.atention. This action intends aims through information about ways of birth assure the autonomy and protagonism woman in the delivery´s scene.
