O que esperar da educação infantil? : a visão de um grupo de pais sobre a escola de Educação infantil

Abstract

Este trabalho tem o objetivo de relatar e problematizar, como tema central, o que esperam os pais a cerca da contribuição da educação infantil para a formação no ensino das crianças. As opiniões dos familiares são retratadas através de uma pesquisa quali-quantitativa que foi realizada por meio de questionários que foram enviados aos pais e que continham questões dissertativas que foram coletadas junto ao grupo de pais das crianças das turmas de jardim com crianças na faixa-etária de quatro a cinco anos de idade. O trabalho inicia com a apresentação dos motivos e justificativas que levaram a autora a escolher esse tema. Em seguida apresenta os aportes teóricos que serão utilizados para conduzirem a pesquisa, como MOSS (2008), FERNANDES (2014) E MEC (2010). As opiniões são então, apresentadas e analisadas de acordo com os eixos que nortearam a pesquisa, tais como: o motivo por optar pela educação infantil, qual a diferença da criança que frequenta a escola e o que a educação infantil influi na vida dessas crianças. Ao final, o trabalho conclui que as expectativas das famílias em relação à educação infantil têm muitos aspectos em comum, mas diferenciam de acordo com os anseios e vivências familiares de acordo com a realidade e contexto de cada família.

This study aims to report and discuss as a central theme, expecting parents about the child education contribution to training in teaching the children. The views of family are portrayed through a qualitative and quantitative study was carried out through questionnaires that were sent to parents and containing essay questions that were obtained in the group of parents of children in the garden classes with children in the age group four to five years of age. The work begins with the presentation of the reasons and justifications that led the author to choose this theme. Then presents the theoretical contributions that will be used to conduct the research, as MOSS (2008) FERNANDES (2014) and MEC (2010). Opinions are then presented and analyzed according to the axes that guided the research, such as the reason for opting for early childhood education, which the child's difference attending school and the children's education influences the lives of these children. Finally, the paper concludes that the expectations of families for child education have much in common, but differ according to the wishes and family experiences according to the reality and context of each family.
