Gerenciamento do tratamento de efluentes líquidos

Abstract

O presente trabalho é um estudo do gerenciamento de tratamento dos resíduos líquidos em duas empresas de diferentes setores, uma privada e outra de economia mista. Estuda a importância dos recursos hídricos, as principais fontes de poluição, a legislação ambiental, a política pública e o meio ambiente, os sistemas de tratamentos de efluentes, o gerenciamento ambiental, a ISO 14000, e os custos ambientais. Foram realizados alguns procedimentos metodológicos específicos para a elaboração da pesquisa que sugere soluções e compara resultados encontrados das empresas entrevistadas. Através da realização da entrevista aponta as diferenças realizadas no gerenciamento do tratamento, as dificuldades encontradas, os benefícios de tratar os resíduos líquidos, problemas e soluções encontradas no andamento do processo de tratamento, a importância do trabalho de educação ambiental e a fiscalização dos órgãos ambientais. O objetivo do trabalho é atingido, pois esclarece as semelhanças e diferenças encontradas no tratamento de efluentes das empresas, apesar das diferentes visões e missões, mas com a mesma matéria-prima, a água.

The present work is a study of the management of treatment of the liquid residues in two companies of different sectors, private and an other of mixing economy. It studies the importance of the hidric resources, the main sources of pollution, the ambient legislation, the public politics and the environment, the systems of treatments of effluent, the ambient management, the ambient ISO 14000, and costs. It was carried through some specific methodology procedures for the elaboration of the research that suggests solutions and compares resulted joined of the interviewed companies. Through the accomplishment of the interview it points the differences carried through in the management of the treatment, the found difficulties, the benefits to treat the liquid residues, problems and solutions found in the course of the treatment process, the importance of the work of ambient education and the fiscalization of the ambient agencies. The objective of the work is reached, therefore it clarifies the similarities and differences found in the treatment of effluent of the companies, although the different visions and missions, but with the same raw substance, the water.
