A gestão da política de humanização em saúde no município de Sapiranga/RS

Abstract

A humanização apresenta-se, enquanto política pública, por ter o intuito de interferir no processo de produção de saúde, qualificando as práticas da área da saúde, com base em um atendimento que ofereça ao sujeito ser acolhido, atendido e valorizado. A pesquisa tem por objetivo investigar a satisfação dos usuários que acessam os serviços de saúde do município de Sapiranga. Os dados foram coletados através da aplicação de questionários junto aos usuários de quatro Unidades de Saúde, localizadas nos bairros Amaral Ribeiro, Centro, São Luiz e São Paulo. Os resultados revelam que a maioria da população demonstra-se satisfeita com a qualidade dos serviços ofertados, com a infraestrutura das Unidades de Saúde e com o atendimento realizado pelos funcionários e profissionais. Mesmo com os resultados obtidos, acredita-se que o município de Sapiranga necessita aprimorar suas propostas em relação à aplicação e consolidação da Política Nacional de Humanização.

Humanization is presented as a public policy and has the intention to interfere in the process of production of health, qualifying the practices of health, based on a service that offers the subject to be accepted, treated and valued. This research aims to describe the humanization policy of the city of Sapiranga. Besides seeking to compare the humanization policy with national guidelines, this study also investigated the satisfaction of the users of health services in this city. Data were collected through questionnaires given to the users of four health units located in the neighborhoods of Amaral Ribeiro, Centro, São Luiz e São Paulo. The results reveal that the majority of population shows to be satisfied with the quality of services offered, with the infrastructure of health clinics and with the care provided by health professionals and its staff. Even with these results, it is believed that the city of Sapiranga needs to improve its proposals regarding the implementation and consolidation of the National Policy of Humanization.
