Investimento/desinvestimento pedagógico : compeendendo características da docência em educação física que podem levar o professor a investir/desinvestir no trabalho

Abstract

O trabalho docente se articula em torno de diversos aspectos, os quais, juntamente a elementos específicos da cultura escolar e da cultura docente do professorado em Educação Física, viabilizam determinadas condições de docência para estes professores. O presente estudo tem como objetivo compreender e investigar esses aspectos da docência em Educação física que podem levar o professor a investir/desinvestir no seu trabalho. Essa pretensão se justifica pela necessidade de melhor entendimento de como as condições do contexto escolar e dos percursos pessoais dos docentes de Educação Física podem influenciar no seu desenvolvimento profissional e na mobilização à realização de seu trabalho. Para tanto, metodologicamente, será empreendido um estudo descritivo. Durante a coleta de informações, foram entrevistados três docentes de Educação Física de escolas públicas de Porto Alegre/RS, além do registro de minhas impressões deste processo e de informações relevantes ao estudo em um diário de campo. As entrevistas foram gravadas com um gravador digital com a autorização do respectivo docente. Logo após foram transcritas e então apresentadas aos docentes para sua aprovação. A análise de conteúdo foi utilizada como estratégia analítica, de modo a construir categorias que trouxessem subsídios para compreender o problema de pesquisa. O trabalho de campo me permitiu entender que existem diversas características e condições que possibilitam um processo de investimento/desinvestimento pedagógico no seu trabalho. Ao analisar as entrevistas, os possíveis fatores que viabilizam esses processos vão desde a escolha dessa profissão juntamente da história de vida do professor, passando por características especificas da profissão (espaço físico, materiais, etc.), até questões sociais e de relações interpessoais no ambiente de trabalho. Assim, considerando essas características que viabilizam esses processos, pude compreender também, através das entrevistas e do diário de campo, sua influência no percurso docente desses professores, traçando relações entre os fatores e como o professor reage a essas condições.

The teaching is structured around various aspects, which, along with specific elements of the school culture and teaching culture of teachers in physical education, teaching enable certain conditions for these teachers. This study aims to understand and investigate these aspects of teaching in physical education that can lead teachers to invest / disinvest in their work. This claim is justified by the need for better understanding of how the conditions of the school context and the personal journeys of physical education teachers can influence their professional development and mobilization to carry out their work. Therefore, methodologically, a descriptive study will be undertaken. During data collection, we interviewed three teachers of physical education in public schools in Porto Alegre / RS, and the record of my impressions of this process and information relevant to the study in a field journal. The interviews were recorded with a digital recorder with the permission of their teacher. Soon after were transcribed and then presented to the faculty for approval. The content analysis was used as analytical strategy in order to construct categories to bring benefits to understand the problem research. The fieldwork allowed me to understand that there are different characteristics and conditions that enable a process of investment / disinvestment in their pedagogical work. In analyzing the interviews, the possible factors that enable these processes ranging from choosing this profession together with the life story of the teacher, through specific characteristics of the profession (physical space, materials, etc..) to social issues and interpersonal relationships desktop. So considering these characteristics that enable these processes, I also understand, through interviews and field journal, its influence on these teachers teaching career, tracing relationships between factors and how the teacher reacts to these conditions.
