Organização no futebol: sistemas e tipos de marcação no processo de formação de jogadores

Abstract

O futebol é um jogo coletivo onde cada equipe tenta dificultar as ações adversárias. Por isso, a organização de uma equipe, que abrange vários itens entre eles o sistema (posicionamento dos jogadores dentro de campo) e o tipo de marcação (individual, zona e mista), é um dos aspectos mais trabalhados atualmente nas categorias de base dos clubes de competição. O presente trabalho teve como objetivo identificar qual a melhor organização de uma equipe de futebol com base nos sistemas e nos tipos de marcação. O estudo foi realizado com equipes sub-10 a sub-15 participantes do Campeonato Gaúcho de Futebol. A coleta dos dados foi realizada através de observações diretas (no local do jogo) e indiretas (vídeos). A pesquisa é do tipo qualitativa, possui caráter descritivo. Os dados foram examinados através da análise de conteúdo.

The football is a collective game where each team try to difficult the adversary actions. Then, the organization of the team, that comprehend several item, among them the system (emplacement of the players in the ground) and the type of marking (individual, zone and mixed), is one of the aspect more worked today in the base category in the match clubs. This work has how objective to identify what organization is more adapted to a football team with base in the systems and types of marking. The analyzed fact indicate the system 4-4-2 and the zone marking as been the more appropriate for the organization of the team. The study was realized with thirty teams (sub-10 e sub-15) participant in the football Championship Gaúcho. The collect of the fact was realized through the direct observations (in the place of the game) and indirect (videos). The research is qualitative and has descriptive character: the fact was examined through the subject analysis.
