Quando trabalhar é brincar junto : recortes de uma pesquisa-intervenção na Casa dos Cata-Ventos

Abstract

Nesta dissertação são apresentadas produções de uma pesquisa-intervenção com a Casa dos Cata-Ventos, projeto de extensão universitária do Departamento de Psicanálise e Psicopatologia da UFRGS. Esta casa, localizada na Vila São Pedro, acolhe crianças e adolescentes para brincarem e conversarem com os adultos, principalmente profissionais e estagiários de psicologia, durante alguns turnos na semana. A aposta desse dispositivo é que, a partir do uso da palavra, seja possível elaborar coletivamente as questões que atravessam suas vidas. Nesta pesquisa, com um acordo de parceria, o pesquisador trabalhou junto da equipe por mais de um ano e registrou a experiência em um diário de bordo. Também foi realizado o acompanhamento terapêutico da mãe de três meninas frequentadoras da Casa. Com uma metodologia cartográfica, a produção de conhecimento acontece no encontro com o campo de pesquisa, articulando impressões e análises com as ferramentas conceituais da análise institucional e da Filosofia da Diferença. O desenho construído com as forças presentes no contexto precisou ser dividido a partir de alguns analisadores do processo, os quais se chamou de recortes. Como um material clínico, esses analisadores foram capazes de multiplicar algumas perspectivas e deslocar outras. O relevo dado pela atenção do pesquisador a algumas questões, como uma discussão coletiva sobre comoção, o funcionamento não deliberativo da equipe, a construção de cenas do brincar e outros recortes, exigiu uma análise de implicação e até mesmo suas escolhas linguísticas ao escrever são problematizadas ao final da obra. Como quando se constrói um par de óculos de papel em uma brincadeira, a principal produção não está no final, mas está no processo de fazer junto.

In this dissertation are presented productions of an intervention research with the House of Cata-Ventos, project of university extension of the Department of Psychoanalysis and Psychopathology of UFRGS. This house, located in Vila São Pedro, welcomes children and adolescents to play and talk with adults, mainly professionals and trainees of psychology, during some shifts during the week. The bet of this device is that from the use of the word it is possible to collectively elaborate the issues that cross their lives. In this research, with a partner agreement, the researcher worked with the team for more than a year and recorded this experience in the logbook. Also, the therapeutic follow-up of the mother of three girls attending the House was carried out. With a cartographic methodology, the production of knowledge happens in the encounter with the field of research, articulating impressions and analyzes with the conceptual tools of the institutional analysis and the Philosophy of Difference. The drawing constructed with the forces present in the context had to be divided from some process analyzers, which were called clippings. As a clinical material, these analyzers were able to multiply some perspectives and displace others. The emphasis given by the researcher's attention to some questions, such as a collective discussion about commotion, the team's non-deliberative functioning, the construction of play scenes and other clippings, required an analysis of implication and even his linguistic choices when writing are problematized at the end of the work. Like when building a pair of glasses of paper in a joke, the main production is not in the end, but it is in the process of doing together.
