Análise termo energética da utilização de película nos vidros da fachada de um prédio comercial climatizado e sua viabilidade econômica

Abstract

A fim de atender as expectativas de crescimento, a geração de riquezas e com a crescente demanda por energia no nosso país, é necessário que se busque alternativas para o uso racional dos recursos energéticos e com isso almejar um crescimento sustentado. Assim o presente trabalho se propõe mostrar através de simulações a resposta termo energética de uma edificação comercial climatizada, localizada em Porto Alegre, na qual se fez a aplicação de películas nos vidros da fachada como alternativa para redução da potência de refrigeração instalada e consumo energético. A simulação foi realizada com o auxílio do simulador Energyplus onde o modelo foi avaliado para dias de projeto ASHRAE e com o uso de arquivo climático no período de um ano. Através da comparação dos resultados térmicos e energéticos da edificação simulada para os dois casos, caso “A” vidro simples e caso “B” com película nos vidros, pode-se constatar que a utilização de película traz efetivamente uma redução significativa na potência instalada bem como uma redução no consumo energético. A análise econômica demonstrou que apenas analisando os investimentos iniciais e comparando com a economia gerada pelo uso de película em termos de potência de refrigeração, mostra que essa opção é a mais vantajosa economicamente. Também com a aplicação do método do VPL, para avaliação da viabilidade econômica, o caso “B” demonstrou que o retorno do investimento se dá a partir do oitavo ano.

In order to take care of to the growth expectations, the generation of wealth and with the increasing demand for energy in our country, it is necessary that it searchs alternatives for the rational use of the energy resources and with this to long for a supported growth. Thus the present work if considers to show through simulation the energy reply term of a conditioned commercial construction, located in Porto Alegre, in which it made the application of films in glasses of the façade as alternative for reduction the power of installed refrigeration and energy consumption. The simulation was carried through with the aid of the Energyplus simulator where the model was evaluated for ASHRAE design days and with the use of climatic archive in the period of one year. Through the comparison of the thermal and energy results of the construction simulated for the two cases, in case "A" with simple glass and in case "B" with film in glasses, can be evidenced that the a film use effectively brings a significant reduction in the power installed as well as a reduction in the energy consumption. The economic analysis only demonstrated that analyzing the initial investments and comparing with the economy generated for the use of film in terms of refrigeration power, sample that this option is most advantageous economically. Also with the application of the method of the VPL, for evaluation of the economic viability, case "B" demonstrated that the return of the investment occurs in eighth year.
