Identificação das habilidades enxutas : um estudo exploratório em uma atividade de troca rápida de ferramentas

Abstract

A implementação da Produção Enxuta (PE) é normalmente difícil e lenta. Este fato vem direcionando a publicação de vários estudos que tratam das barreiras para a sua implementação e dentre elas, destaca-se a falta de conhecimento das pessoas envolvidas. A aquisição do conhecimento da PE não é processo simples e umas das razões é a de que a literatura descreve superficialmente as habilidades necessárias para a implementação da PE. As habilidades enxutas (HE) são as habilidades necessárias para manter e melhorar os resultados em sistemas de PE e a sua identificação pode contribuir para a aquisição do conhecimento no desenvolvimento de melhores treinamentos e padrões de trabalho. Este artigo é um estudo exploratório e tem como objetivo propor uma estrutura de identificação e análise das HE. Foi realizado um estudo de caso para validação da estrutura, utilizando as atividades de setup de uma célula de uma empresa do ramo automobilístico que mantém um sistema de PE há vários anos.

The implementation of Lean Manufacturing (LM) is usually difficult and slow. Such fact has resulted in the publication of several studies that investigate the barriers to its implementation and, among them, emphasis is given on the lack of knowledge of people involved. The acquisition of LM knowledge is not a simple process and one of the reasons is that the literature superficially describes the skills needed for its implementation. The lean skills (LS) are the skills necessary for keeping and improving the results in LM systems and their identification can contribute for the acquisition of knowledge through the development of better training courses and work standards. This article constitutes an exploratory study and its goal is to propose a structure of lean skills identification and analysis. A case study was carried out in order to validate the structure, and it used the set up activities of a company’s cell in the automotive segment that has maintained an LM system for several years.
