Cultura escolar e ensino de história : uma análise da atuação docente no 9º ano do ensino fundamental no Colégio La Salle Pão dos Pobres em 2019

Abstract

Este projeto teve como objetivo investigar o processo de ensino de História na Escola de Ensino Fundamental La Salle Pão dos Pobres, localizada no bairro Cidade Baixa em Porto Alegre. A pesquisa concentrou-se nos 9° anos do ensino fundamental e utilizou como fontes os planejamentos de sala de aula realizados pelo professor durante o ano letivo de 2019, uma entrevista com o professor, o documento chamado de Matriz Curricular para as competências e a Base Nacional Comum Curricular. Foram levantadas questões sobre como ocorre o ensino de História na escola, frente à utilização de uma matriz construída pela própria rede, de que forma a matriz para competências impacta na construção dos planejamentos do professor de História da escola La Salle Pão dos Pobres, e em que pontos a BNCC e a matriz convergem ou divergem. Para a análise, foi mobilizado o conceito de cultura escolar, baseando-se em Dominique Julia, Antonio Viñao Frago, além de outros autores. A análise das fontes foi dividida em três etapas: na primeira, foi realizada uma comparação entre a BNCC e a MCC, verificando as aproximações e distanciamentos; na segunda, investigou-se se houve interação entre as duas, de alguma maneira, e se a BNCC e a MCC foram contempladas nos planejamentos; e na terceira etapa, foi realizada uma análise agora levando em consideração a entrevista com o professor e buscando entender as opções feitas pelo mesmo.

This project aimed to investigate the process of teaching History at La Salle Pão dos Pobres Elementary School, located in the Cidade Baixa neighborhood in Porto Alegre. The research focused on the 9th grade of elementary school and used as sources the classroom lesson plans prepared by the teacher during the 2019 school year, an interview with the teacher, the document called Curriculum Matrix for Competencies, and the National Common Curriculum Base (BNCC). Questions were raised about how History is taught at the school in light of using a matrix constructed by the network itself, how the competency matrix impacts the construction of the History teacher's lesson plans at La Salle Pão dos Pobres, and where the BNCC and the matrix converge or diverge. For the analysis, the concept of school culture was mobilized, based on Dominique Julia, Antonio Viñao Frago, and other authors. The analysis of sources was divided into three stages: the first compared the BNCC and the Curriculum Matrix for Competencies, verifying the similarities and differences between them; the second investigated whether there was any interaction between the two, and whether the BNCC and the matrix were included in the lesson plans; and in the third stage, an analysis was performed taking into account the teacher's interview and seeking to understand the choices made by the teacher.
