Estudo técnico sobre a implementação de um sistema de controle no processo de tratamento térmico de vergalhões

Abstract

Neste trabalho estuda-se a implementação de um sistema de controle confiável, que garanta que o produto final atenda as especificações necessárias. Para atingir este objetivo é realizado um estudo sobre tratamentos térmicos, neste estudo tem-se a definição do tratamento utilizado na Gerdau, também estuda-se o sistema de controle existente. Em um capítulo discute-se os sistemas de Rede Neural, pois tem-se a intenção de implementar um sistema de Rede Neural para monitorar o sistema de controle, sendo assim demonstrada a importância de um sistema de controle eficaz. Estes estudos justificam o alto investimento realizado em instrumentação, isso se faz necessário, pois a rede neural depende de sinais medidos corretamente. Em um dos capítulos finais apresenta-se a instrumentação aplicada ao projeto.

In this paper we study the implementation of a reliable control system which ensures that the final product meets the required specifications.
