Teorias estruturalistas da inflação

Abstract

O presente texto é de natureza didática. Ele tenta resumir de foma agrupada as principais teorias que são comumente enquadradas pela literatura como estruturalistas, além de algumas que, no julgamento do autor, poderiam sê-lo. O texto apresenta as teorias, indicando as hipóteses, iníiplicações e o desenvolvimento algébrico, quando for o caso, na seguinte ordem: (a) os primeiros latinos (a velha geração de latino-americanos); (b) os novos latinos (a nova geração, ou, o neo-estruturalismo); (c) o modelo de Baumol; (d) o modelo escandinavo e (e) a síntese formal de Canavese.

This paper is of a pedagogical nature. It tries to summarize, in a taxonomic way, the main theories that conventionally come under the head structuralist in the literature as well as some that, by the author's judgement, should. The paper presents the theories, making explicit its main hypothèses, implications, and analytical developments when this is the case. The order is as follows: (a) The first Latins (the old generation); (b) The new Latins (the new generation); (c) Baumol's 1967 model; (d) The Scandinavian model, and (e) Canavese's formal synthesis.
